Strategic Communications starts with a single fundamental question: What are your business objectives?
With this in mind, we will develop a tailored communications campaign aimed at helping you achieve your goals. Our approach entails gaining a deep understanding of your audience, crafting messages that resonate with your stakeholders, and determining the most effective channels—whether they are media, digital and social platforms, advertising, or third-party advocacy, or an integrated approach—to persuade your target audience.
If you already have a communications program in place, we can make it better. Through a comprehensive unbiased audit, we assess the effectiveness of your current program, highlighting its strengths and areas for improvement. We provide actionable recommendations to improve your communications program and help your business succeed.

A Fortune 100 Aerospace and Defense Company
The Department of Defense (DOD) was selecting a contractor to develop and build a new radar that would generate an estimated $40B of revenue for the winner over the program’s 30-year lifecycle.
Two other companies’ solutions were being considered. The company I worked for at the time had the best technical solution and was the only one who could deliver what the customer had asked for, but the competitors were trying to water down the competition’s evaluation criteria.
If the competitors were successful in changing the evaluation criteria, the ultimate customer—the military —would have been deprived of a capability they needed to outpace and overmatch the Chinese and Russian threats.
We built a multifaceted communications strategy that highlighted the importance of keeping the evaluation criteria as stringent as possible. Simultaneously, we conducted an aggressive integrated outreach campaign across multiple channels — press, digital and social, advertising, and community relations. We also used creative avenues to call attention to the negative repercussions of changing the evaluation criteria, specifically targeting influential audiences in Washington, D.C., and other important national security regions.
Senior administration officials and influential analysts began publicly making statements about the need to keep the requirements for the competition as strenuous as possible. There was also intense media coverage around the topic. After one of the competitors publicly admitted they were trying to persuade the DOD to alter the evaluation criteria, a senior government official publicly emphasized that he was committed to having as tough a competition as possible — and then followed through. The competition was incredibly challenging. Ultimately only one solution — ours — was found capable of meeting the customer’s stringent requirements. It was selected, securing the franchise and ensuring our service members truly had the world’s most capable solution.
We’ll start with a free initial consultation. During the consultation, we’ll have a conversation about what you’re trying to achieve. If we can help you, we’ll let you know. And if we can’t, we’ll be transparent about it.
Your information will always remain confidential, as required by the Public Relations Society of America’s code of ethics. Should you have a highly sensitive matter, we are open to entering into a nondisclosure agreement.
If we're a good fit, we’ll create a concise written proposal detailing our collaborative approach to address your organization’s challenges. This proposal will outline rough timelines, recommend specific actions and deliverables, and provide general cost estimates. You and your team will have the opportunity to review the proposal; if necessary, we will revise the proposal’s scope based on your feedback. Once everything meets your expectations, we’ll finalize the contract and formalize our partnership.
Every project starts with a question: What are your business objectives?
From there, and in close partnership with you and your team, we’ll dive into the issues and challenges. We’ll combine what we’ve learned with additional research and our decades of expertise to develop a tailored solution that solves your business problem.
After you approve the solution, we’ll put it into action. We’ll evaluate progress based on metrics that make sense for you and your organization. And, as the situation evolves, we’ll adjust our approach.
